IT Support Technician

Job description 

Based at Central Office Billericay – travel to all Hamelin Trust sites is essential 

To provide support for up to 150 local and off-site users over 8 sites 

  • Requires familiarity with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Monitor service desk requests
  • Provide phone and help-desk support for
  • Install, configure and upgrade computer hardware and software
  • A relevant qualification (or working towards) is required with 1+ years of experience 

Salary: £18,000.00 – £20,000.00

Support Workers

Job description   Person Specification

Outreach team – supporting and assisting individuals with disabilities in their own homes, to access facilities in the community and have fun outings!

Carer’s Support project, U matter 2 –  enabling carers  to have some quality ‘me time’ in activities away from or alongside the person that they care for

Full time, part time and relief roles available – some maybe subject to a 2 year fixed contact – applications welcome from support workers who have a specific interest in either area of work or would welcome the opportunity of a varied role across both services.
