We continue life in lockdown with, hopefully, a pathway to easing the restrictions now which we begin to see this week. I hope you have all been able to enjoy the fresh air more where possible. It is important to still have time to relax and have some daily exercise.
There are many different ways to relax and/or exercise.
Some people find reading relaxing, others like to go for a jog. Maybe pottering in the garden or having a water fight! What works for you? Can you share your experiences to help others find different ways to relax or exercise – please comment on what helps you.
