Night Support Worker

Job description / Person Spec 

2 to 4 nights per week(waking nights)

At Hamelin House, Billericay

 our short break service for Children with learning disabilities 

We require an experienced support worker to join our team of dedicated night staff at Hamelin House.

Ideally you will have experience of working with children with disabilities and providing positive behaviour support.

The role will include weekend working and the ideal candidate would be able to work flexibly, covering periods of peak demand in school holidays.

Support Workers

Job description / Person Spec 

Part time – 16 hours a week

 We require 2 part-time Support workers for our Umatter2 service.

Umatter2 has a primary focus on providing support to unpaid carers in a variety of ways and offers care and support to the person they care for, enabling carers to have some respite.

We are therefore looking for empathetic support workers who ideally have experience in the care sector.  Some evening and weekend work will be required and applicants must be willing to undertake personal care duties.

The use of your own car is essential as you will be travelling to clients throughout the local area.

Relief Support Workers

We require flexible staff to work as relief staff

Relief support workers are vital to our organisation to provide flexible cover at times of peak demand. 

We are particularly looking for Relief Support Workers to cover weekends and school holidays

Relief staff are employed on a zero hour contract and work as and when required as agreed between staff and managers
