Deputy Manager

Are you vibrant, proactive and progressive and looking for a new challenge….?

We require an experienced Deputy Manager who has worked with learning disabled people (and ideally those with complex needs) preferably in a short break or residential setting.

Previous experience of managing staff, administration of medication and a sound knowledge of CQC regulations is required.

A person-centered approach to care and support is essential.

Night Support Worker

8 nights per month (waking nights)

At Hamelin House, Billericay

 our short break service for Children with learning disabilities 

We require an experienced support worker to join our team of dedicated night staff at Hamelin House.

Ideally you will have experience of working with children with disabilities and providing positive behaviour support.

The role will include weekend working and the ideal candidate would be able to work flexibly, covering periods of peak demand in school holidays.

Relief Support Workers

We require flexible staff to work as relief staff

Relief support workers are vital to our organisation to provide flexible cover at times of peak demand. 

We are particularly looking for Relief Support Workers to cover weekends and school holidays

Relief staff are employed on a zero hour contract and work as and when required as agreed between staff and managers
