Gowlands in Rochford is our short break service for adults with disabilities.
We require full and part time support workers to join our team supporting adults with learning and multiple disabilities.
Full time Support Workers (37.5 hours a week)
Part-time (30 hours a week)
Part-time Support workers (22.5 hours a week)
All roles will be working a mixture of earlies and lates and alternate weekend working is required
(Early shifts are 7am to 3pm/Late shifts are 2.30pm to 10.00pm)
Whilst experience is an advantage, a caring nature and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities fulfil their potential is essential.
Full training, including the Care Certificate is provided free of charge.
