Director of Income Generation – Permanent – Up to £60,000 per annum

As our Director of Income Generation and Communication, your actions will have a direct effect on the lives of young people and adults in Essex.

It’s not just the value of your fundraising skills that matter to us though, it’s who you are, too. A leader with commercial awareness combined with compassion. Someone who wants to challenge themselves to create new opportunities, while inspiring others around you to do the same.

This newly-created role is part of our Executive team of four at the Hamelin Trust, a charity with 40 years of history, founded by local parents to support children with learning disabilities. We have grown over the years to become inclusive of all ages, with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active, fulfilling life.

With us you will be influential, and instrumental, in taking the charity on to the next stage of our development through entrepreneurial, creative approaches to income generation and brand awareness.

Our main offices are in Billericay, Essex and we offer hybrid working but visibility is really important so you will decide where you are best able deliver the needs and requirements of the role.
