Day Opportunities in Billericay is Hamelin Trust’s Day Centre for adults with a wide range of learning and multiple disabilities offering activities and learning opportunities both on site and in the local community.

Situated in Radford Crescent, centrally located for both bus and train links, we are just a stone’s throw from Lake Meadows park – a favourite spot for many of our service users!

We require a full time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing team providing the highest quality care and opportunities to those who use our services.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with individuals with learning and complex disabilities.  A caring nature and a commitment to enabling those with disabilities to reach their full potential is essential.

Previous experience of running shifts and providing support and supervision to staff would be an advantage as would a level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care.

Experience of organising group activities – both internal and community based.

A full driving licence and willingness to drive Hamelin Trust vehicles is preferred.

Primary working hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend working expected.
